This week, the InZOI development team is taking a well-deserved New Year's break (a three-day holiday in South Korea). Before their break, project lead Hyungjun "Kjun" Kim shared exciting updates on highly requested community features, revealing which will be implemented and to what extent.

InZOI will allow players to use real facial capture to create zoi templates. While previously announced, Kjun emphasized the team's commitment to further simplifying this process for even easier zoi creation.
Players can also look forward to in-game pets, although this feature won't be available during the early access period. Animal lover Kjun himself confirmed this, so expect a longer wait for this beloved addition.
Prepare to explore towering structures—InZOI will feature buildings up to 30 floors tall. While the game engine could handle taller buildings, this limitation ensures optimal performance.
Get ready for gas stations and, more importantly, full-fledged fights! Responding to player feedback regarding the shallow slap mechanic from earlier previews, Kjun confirmed a revamped combat system with clear winners and losers.
Finally, a tutorial will be included to help newcomers navigate the game mechanics. This thoughtful addition demonstrates the developers' commitment to a welcoming player experience.
Currently, Krafton still plans to release InZOI in early access at the end of March, with no anticipated delays.
