To conquer the challenge of eliminating viruses in the game, players must strategically use color-coordinated capsules. The playing field is filled with viruses of three distinct colors: red, yellow, and blue. As a player, you control the falling capsules, adjusting their position by moving them left or right and rotating them to align with viruses and any existing capsules. Success comes when you manage to connect four or more capsule segments or viruses of the same color either horizontally or vertically, leading to their removal from the board. The ultimate goal is to clear each level by eradicating all the viruses present. However, if capsules accumulate to the point of blocking the bottle's narrow neck, it's game over.
Players have the flexibility to choose their starting difficulty when beginning a new game. This choice, ranging from zero to twenty, dictates the number of viruses that need to be cleared. Additionally, there are three speed settings that control the descent speed of the capsules within the bottle. Scoring in the game is exclusively tied to the elimination of viruses; neither the time to complete the level nor the number of capsules used affects the score. After conquering the highest difficulty, players can continue to play and boost their scores, although the number of viruses to clear remains constant. Bonus points are granted for eliminating multiple viruses simultaneously, but no extra points are awarded for triggering chain reactions, where the removal of one group of objects leads to the elimination of another. The game's speed setting also influences the scoring, with higher speeds resulting in more points awarded.
