Sonic Rumble's Phased Pre-Launch Rollout
SEGA has initiated the first phase of Sonic Rumble's pre-launch, exclusively in the Philippines on Android and iOS. This initial phase will run throughout the summer, after which all gameplay data will be reset.
Phase 2 will see a pre-launch in Peru and Colombia during the fall. Further regions will be added in Phase 3, with details yet to be revealed. Global pre-registration is planned for late 2023 or early 2024. The game's timing suggests a strategic response to the recent popularity of Fall Guys.
Gameplay Overview
Sonic Rumble offers a collection of mini-games packed with zany obstacles and challenges, playable solo or with friends. Unlike the straightforward races in Fall Guys, Sonic Rumble incorporates classic Sonic villains like Dr. Eggman, adding an extra layer of unpredictable chaos to the obstacle-dodging gameplay.
