Get ready for Pokémon GO Fest 2025! Niantic is breaking tradition by announcing the event dates early. This year's festivities are spread across three locations in June.
Pokémon GO Fest 2025 Dates and Locations:
- Osaka, Japan: May 29 – June 1
- Jersey City, New Jersey, USA: June 6 – June 8
- Paris, France: June 13 – June 15
While tickets aren't yet on sale, plan your travel now! Past events required selecting a single day within the event window.
A global GO Fest event is expected later in June or early July, though details are still pending.

Note that Japan and the US are returning locations, while France replaces Spain from 2024. A global, virtual event is also anticipated.
Event Details (What We Know So Far):
The downside to early announcements is a lack of specific details. Currently, Niantic's focus remains on the upcoming GO Tour: Unova (February 2025, New Taipei City, Taiwan & Los Angeles, CA).
Historically, GO Fest introduces exciting Pokémon debuts (like last year's Necrozma and Fusion mechanic), features numerous raids, special wild spawns, Shiny Pokémon debuts, and other bonuses. Expect more information soon after the GO Tour: Unova concludes.
