Netflix has announced that Squid Game Season 3 will premiere on June 27, 2025. Accompanying the announcement is a new poster and several images offering a glimpse into the fate of the surviving players.
Picking up where Season 2 concluded, Season 3 delves into Gi-hun's (Lee Jung-jae) agonizing choices amidst overwhelming despair. The Front Man (Lee Byung-hun) plots his next move, and the surviving players face increasingly dire consequences with each deadly game. Netflix promises a season that will push the boundaries of suspense and drama.
The newly released poster depicts a chilling scene: a pink guard dragging a bloodied contestant towards a coffin adorned with a pink ribbon. Gone is the playful rainbow track of Season 2's pentathlon; in its place, a swirling flower pattern ominously foreshadows the brutal finale. The ominous silhouettes of Young-hee and Cheol-su, first hinted at in the Season 2 post-credit scene, suggest even more brutal games are to come.
