S Tier
Mantis excels at healing and buffing allies. She consumes orbs to apply damage buffs, self-heals with orbs (which regenerate), and can instantly recover an orb with a headshot. While fragile, her effectiveness scales with headshot accuracy, making her suitable for both beginners and skilled players.
Luna Snow, another top-tier support, heals allies while also dealing damage. Her Ice Art ability enhances healing and damage output, and her Ultimate, Fate of Both Worlds, creates an AoE effect for either healing or damaging, depending on the situation. Her intuitive abilities make her a strong choice for new players. Her damage potential, while present, is secondary to her supportive role.

A Tier
Adam Warlock's standout ability is his multi-teammate revive. His Ultimate, Quantum Zone, revives fallen allies with temporary invincibility, and can even revive the same character multiple times. He also heals with Avatar Life Stream and uses Soul Bond to share damage and provide a heal-over-time effect to nearby teammates.
Cloak & Dagger offers a balanced approach. Cloak's attacks can heal or damage, and she possesses self-healing. Dagger focuses on damage and applying Vulnerability debuffs. Dark Teleportation boosts ally movement speed and provides invisibility.
