The quest requires you to find and wear the "Mark of Life" top for a boy. This top isn't available for purchase; you must obtain its blueprint.

The blueprint's location is shown in the image below. Use your teleport to reach the indicated area.

Upon arrival, prepare for a fight! You'll need to defeat several monsters guarding a chest containing the blueprint.
