Honkai: Star Rail is set to launch its much-anticipated Version 3.2 update, titled 'Through the Petals in the Land of Repose,' on April 9th. This update promises to enrich the game with new lore, thrilling battles, and the introduction of fresh characters. Additionally, HoYoVerse is preparing to celebrate the game's two-year anniversary with a series of special events and giveaways, making it an exciting time for the Honkai: Star Rail community.
What’s in Store in Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.2?
Version 3.2 introduces two new 5-star characters: Castorice of the Remembrance path and Anaxa of the Erudition path. Castorice, known as a Chrysos Heir, carries the burden of the Touch of Death and is on a quest to find the lost Coreflame of Death, wielding the powerful Netherwing. Her tragic backstory adds depth to her character, making her a compelling addition to the roster.
Anaxa, on the other hand, brings a scholarly approach to the team. As one of the Seven Sages of the Grove of Epiphany, his experiences have profoundly altered his perspective on reality. His Ultimate, Sublimation, uniquely applies seven Weaknesses to every enemy simultaneously, promising to shake up the battlefield.
Returning characters also feature prominently in this update. The first half of Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.2 will see reruns of Fugue, Jiaoqiu, and Acheron, while Dr. Ratio will make a comeback in the second half, giving players another chance to add these powerful allies to their teams.

The Story This Time Is Heading to Styxia
The narrative of Version 3.2 takes players to Styxia, a forgotten city submerged under the Sea of Souls. This haunting locale, filled with dragon bones and spirits, sets the stage for the Trailblazers to guide Castorice through its eerie landscapes. The journey will uncover the secrets of the Titans and the draconic catastrophe that led to the city's downfall, promising a deeply engaging storyline.
In celebration of the game's two-year anniversary, HoYoVerse is offering 20 free pulls simply for logging in. On the anniversary day, April 26th, players will receive 1,600 Stellar Jades and a special in-game card from a companion. Additionally, players will have the opportunity to select a free 5-star character between Ruan Mei or Luocha, enhancing their team's capabilities.
