HoYoVerse is busy! Hot on the heels of Honkai: Star Rail version 2.6 news, details on Honkai Impact 3rd version 7.8, titled "Planetary Rewind," have been revealed. Launching October 17th, it features new battlesuits, events, and abundant rewards.
New Battlesuit: Lone Planetfarer
Vita gets a new MECH-type Lightning DMG battlesuit, Lone Planetfarer. This stylish battlesuit boasts a peacock feather-adorned Drive Core and two forms: Lone Traveler (elegant feathered strikes) and Planet Quaker (laser beam attacks). It also includes the Astral Ring Specialization: Rite of Oblivion. The Divine Key Waxing Moon and its PRI-ARM, Divine Key Waxing Moon: Incipience, are also being introduced.

Main Story: The First and Last War
The main story, "The First and Last War," transports players back a century to Langqiu during the Ten Shus War, featuring Vita, Dreamseeker, Helia, and Coralie. Rewards include Crystals, Source Prisms, Seele's event stigma, and a new Dreamweaver outfit.
Additional highlights include the return of HOHO Vacation Tickets, the permanent addition of LITE Combat to Elysian Realm, and a celebratory login event (October 11th onwards) offering free Equipment Supply Cards and Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupons.
