Heroes United: Fight x3: A Surprisingly Refreshing (and Hilariously Shameless) Mobile RPG

This winter's mobile game releases have been scarce, but one title stands out – not for its originality, but for its brazen audacity. Heroes United: Fight x3, a seemingly innocuous 2D hero-collecting RPG, is anything but ordinary.

At first glance, it’s your typical collect-and-battle affair. Players assemble a diverse team of heroes to fight enemies and bosses. However, a quick peek at its promotional materials reveals a surprising cast of characters – some suspiciously familiar faces.

Goku, Doraemon, and Tanjiro… Need we say more? The blatant unauthorized use of these iconic characters is almost comically brazen. It’s a delightful spectacle, a bit like witnessing a fish attempting its first awkward steps on land. The sheer chutzpah is undeniably entertaining.

While the unlicensed character usage is the game's most striking feature, it's difficult to ignore the overall quality (or lack thereof). It’s a far cry from the truly exceptional mobile games released recently.
