Set in 1898 within the eerie Sker Hotel on the Welsh coast, Maid of Sker plunges players into a world of dark secrets and spine-tingling Welsh hymns. The narrative draws inspiration from Welsh folklore, particularly the legend of Y Ferch o’r Sger (The Maid of Sker).
Players assume the role of Thomas Evans, drawn to the hotel by his girlfriend, Elisabeth Williams, to investigate her family's strange behavior. However, the unsettling truth soon emerges: the hotel is under the sinister control of a group known as "The Quiet Ones."
These enemies are blind but possess incredibly acute hearing. The slightest sound will attract their attention, making stealth paramount. Forget blasting your way out; survival hinges on silent movement and evasion. Think A Quiet Place, but with a Welsh twist. A handy gadget provides temporary incapacitation, but it's not a foolproof solution.
