Garena's Delta Force: A Global Tactical FPS Launch
Get ready for the global release of Delta Force, courtesy of Garena! Initially known as Delta Force: Hawk Ops, this tactical FPS is launching a PC Open Beta on December 5th, 2024, with mobile open beta following in 2025.
Developed originally by NovaLogic and later taken over by Tencent's TiMi Studios (creators of COD Mobile), Delta Force is now being brought to global audiences through a partnership with Garena. The game will feature cross-progression between PC and mobile platforms. Garena and TiMi plan a 2025 launch across Southeast Asia, Taiwan, Brazil, Central and South America, the Middle East, and North Africa.
Garena's Delta Force Game Modes:
- Warfare: Engage in large-scale 32v32 battles across land, sea, and air. Teams of four operators fight for dominance.
- Operations: A high-stakes extraction shooter mode. Teams of three scavenge for loot, evade enemies, and fight to reach an extraction point before time runs out. Loot can be used in future matches or exchanged for currency. Players can also acquire enemy gear. The map features bosses, restricted areas, and special missions, including a hidden MandelBrick item that unlocks exclusive skins (but reveals your location to other players).

This new Delta Force boasts sharp, realistic graphics and maintains the tactical depth the original 1998 release was known for. Long-time fans will undoubtedly find themselves experiencing a wave of nostalgia.
