Firaxis Games Unveils Civ 7 Post-Launch Roadmap
Firaxis Games has revealed its post-launch roadmap for Civilization VII (Civ 7), detailing upcoming content following the game's February 11th release. The roadmap includes both paid DLC and free updates.
Paid DLC: Ada Lovelace and Simon Bolivar
The first wave of paid downloadable content will feature Ada Lovelace and Simon Bolivar as playable leaders. This DLC is slated for release in March, alongside other content.
Free March Updates: New Wonders and More
March will also see the release of free updates, including new content and features. Specific details are limited, but the updates will span various aspects of the game.
Future Content: Leaders, Civilizations, and Wonders
Beyond March, Firaxis plans to release additional content, including two more leaders, four new civilizations, and four world wonders. New events and challenges are also in the pipeline, though release dates remain unannounced. Further content drops are anticipated in October 2025 and beyond.
