Design Home partners with HGTV, launching Fixer to Fabulous and House Hunters-inspired challenges!
Starting February 19th, Design Home players can participate in weekly challenges mirroring the popular HGTV shows. These challenges feature real-world brands like West Elm, Jonathan Adler, Williams Sonoma, and Kathy Kuo, allowing players to design rooms inspired by episodes such as "Bentonville Beauty" and "Arkansas Amazement." The challenges test players' ability to create stylish and functional spaces, submitting designs for votes and rewards.
Further challenges based on House Hunters will be added, tasking players with designing rooms for fictional homebuyers, balancing aesthetics with budgetary and practical considerations.
The collaboration extends beyond the game; Design Home will be featured in a Fixer to Fabulous episode airing March 25th at 8/7c on HGTV, and streaming the next day on Max and discovery+. Hosts Dave and Jenny Marrs will showcase their design skills by participating in Design Home challenges.
