This extended event builds upon the successful five-week run from September 2023. Players can once again earn Timewarped Badges, a significant experience buff, and new rewards. The key is achieving "Mastery of Timeways" – a 20% experience boost unlocked after completing four Timewalking dungeons within a week.
The Grand Timewalking Tour:
The seven-week schedule spans various expansions, ensuring diverse gameplay experiences:
- January 7-13: Mists of Pandaria
- January 14-20: Warlords of Draenor
- January 21-27: Legion
- January 28-February 3: Classic
- February 4-10: The Burning Crusade
- February 11-17: Wrath of the Lich King
- February 18-24: Cataclysm
Rewards and Achievements:
Securing Mastery of Timeways for at least five of these seven weeks unlocks the "Mastery of the Turbulent Timeways 2" achievement, granting the coveted Timely Buzzbee mount. Timewalking vendors offer permanent additions to their inventories, including Season of Discovery transmogs (at the Classic vendor). The Sandy Shalewing pet, previously unavailable, also makes a return. Furthermore, completing the weekly Timewalking dungeon quest yields Heroic-level gear during the event.

The Turbulent Timeways' conclusion on February 24th offers a significant clue regarding future WoW updates.
