Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Update Reverses Controversial Zombies Change
Treyarch has addressed player concerns regarding recent changes to Black Ops 6's Zombies Directed Mode. A recent update reverses a controversial alteration to zombie spawn delays, restoring the previous 20-second maximum delay after five looped rounds. This follows significant player feedback indicating the change negatively impacted kill farming and camo challenge completion.

Citadelle des Morts Fixes: Numerous bug fixes address issues with quest progression, visual effects, and crashes related to the Void Sheath Augment and Aether Shroud.

Shadow Rift Buff: The Shadow Rift Ammo Mod receives substantial buffs, increasing activation rates for normal, special, and elite enemies (with Big Game Augment). The cooldown timer has also been reduced by 25%.

Additional Fixes: The update incorporates various stability improvements across the game, including fixes for visual issues in the Events tab and audio problems with in-game milestone banners. Multiplayer mode, "Red Light, Green Light," now awards increased XP.
Looking Ahead:
Further bug fixes and adjustments are planned for the upcoming Season 2 update on January 28th. This includes addressing the Vermin double-attack bug and enabling the Shock Charge speedrun tactic in Terminus. The Limited Time Mode (LTM), "Red Light, Green Light," has also been updated to include Liberty Falls and a higher round cap of 20.
