Before Starting Your Sensor
Before activating your Sensor, decide which device you will use to receive glucose readings and alarms. You can choose between your smartphone or the FreeStyle Libre 2 Reader, but not both simultaneously. To use your smartphone, start the Sensor with the FreeStyle Libre 2 app. If you prefer the Reader, initiate the Sensor with your Reader. Keep in mind that the app and Reader do not share data; to ensure comprehensive data on a device, scan your Sensor every 8 hours with that device. You can upload and view data from all devices on LibreView.com.
