The state of Uttar Pradesh has launched an innovative initiative aimed at enhancing the management of comprehensive public health services through the eKavach app. Developed and implemented by the National Health Mission (NHM) of Uttar Pradesh, eKavach is designed to assist ASHA workers, ANM, ASHA Sangini, and Community Health Officers (CHOs) in streamlining their duties. This app is built on Argusoft's Open Source and DPG Certified platform, known as MEDPlat, ensuring a robust and reliable foundation for health service management.
eKavach offers a comprehensive suite of features that include complete workflow management and referral systems for various health programs such as Family Folder, Reproductive and Child Health (RMCH+), Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD), Nutrition, and other essential health services. This integration helps in providing seamless healthcare delivery and monitoring, ensuring that no one is left behind in the quest for better health outcomes.
