In the near future, the desire to travel is more prevalent than ever. Japan's tourism industry is fiercely competitive, with popular destinations operating as "independent special tourism zones." HAMA Ward 18, once a leading tourist hotspot, has fallen into decline. The protagonist, deeply rooted in HAMA and passionate about its revival, joins the travel agency "HAMA Tours" as a "chief" alongside their childhood friend, Daikoku Kawai. Together, they aim to rebuild the tourism industry by planning package tours with the unique mayors of each ward.
The narrative unfolds with mysterious events and a strong passion for hospitality. The protagonist's travel partners are the ward leaders, each carrying their own untold stories. These unforgettable journeys are recorded on cassettes, preserving memories of each adventure.
