This action-packed game is a third-person (and FPS) city simulator where you drive cars and motorbikes, fighting crime in a city reminiscent of Miami or Las Vegas, but actually based on New York. Play as a grand hero, avenger, or legend—the whole city fears you!
Exciting Gameplay:
Engage in thrilling missions rescuing citizens from gang attacks in the city's most notorious hotspots. Use devastating firepower from advanced military vehicles or upgrade your hero's combat skills for intense close-quarters combat. Will you maintain the city's beauty or let it descend into chaos?
Become the Ultimate Anti-Criminal:
Rob, kill, shoot, and fight criminals like a ninja! Steal cars, race through the streets, and take down gangsters. Do you have what it takes to rise to the top of the criminal underworld?
Explore and Conquer:
Try out a variety of supercars and bikes, perform stunts on a BMX, or command an F-90 tank or devastating battle helicopter. Explore the vast city, go off-roading in the mountains, and engage in a multitude of activities in this free open-world game.
Choose Your Path:
Become the city's hope, a symbol of law and justice, or embrace the role of a doomsayer. Purchase upgrades in the shop to aid your missions and rid the city of mafia bosses.
Unique Abilities:
Utilize special powers, including shooting laser beams from your eyes and using a grappling hook to climb buildings. Your powerful legs are also a valuable asset in combat. But remember, don't mess with the police!
Global Conflict:
Missions take place in various locations, from city streets to Chinatown and other gang territories. You're on a secret mission to steal crucial information about enemies, army bases, rebels, and the Mafia underworld, battling gangsters from America, Russia, China, Mexico, Japan, and beyond.
Fully Open World:
The game features a fully explorable open-world environment.
