The SmartTyre Car & Bike app requires Bluetooth to be enabled. It utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), minimizing battery drain.

Location services must be activated for the SmartTyre Car & Bike app. While it doesn't use GPS, it employs BLE to locate sensors.

Continuous background GPS use can reduce battery life. SmartTyre Car & Bike only runs background GPS when explicitly permitted by the user for optional features requiring this functionality.
