Wuthering Waves' Whisperwind Haven: Solving the Overflowing Palette Puzzles
Players exploring Whisperwind Haven in Wuthering Waves will encounter several Overflowing Palette puzzles. These puzzles require players to color all blocks a specific color within a set number of steps, indicated in the bottom-left corner. The available dyes are shown on the screen's right side.
Whisperwind Haven Overflowing Palette Locations and Solutions
Here's a guide to locating and solving each puzzle:
Overflowing Palette #1:
Located inside Egla Town's cave (access via the Secret Entrance southeast of the Rinascita-Whisperwind Haven-Egla Town Resonance Beacon). Descend the stairs to the foggy stream and locate the artwork. To turn all blocks green:
- Select yellow, paint the red blocks.
- Select blue, paint the yellow blocks.
- Select green, paint the blue blocks.
Solving this puzzle triggers a call and initiates the "When Colors Fade" quest.
Overflowing Palette #2:
Found northwest of Egla Town, near the large lake. The goal is to make all blocks red:
- Select blue, paint the top yellow blocks.
- Select green, paint the blue squares and the lower yellow blocks.
- Select red, paint all green blocks.
Overflowing Palette #3:
Situated northwest of the Rinascita-Ragunna-Whisperwind Haven northern Resonance Beacon, by a lake. The objective is to color all blocks blue:
- Select red, paint the green blocks.
- Select yellow, paint the red blocks.
- Select blue, paint the yellow blocks.
Overflowing Palette #4:
Located northeast of Polyphemos Windmills. Teleport to the city's Resonance Beacon and jump from the northeastern edge. To solve, make all blocks yellow:
- Select blue, paint the green blocks.
- Select red, paint the blue blocks.
- Select yellow, paint the red blocks.
Utilizing Resonate Calcite
Resonate Calcite, a crafting material obtained from completing these puzzles, can be traded with Vida in Egla Town. She'll exchange it for valuable items like Poetry and Paean Weapon chests, and upgrade materials.
