Fueling the fire of anticipation for a Tony Hawk's Pro Skater remake, Singapore's rating board has listed "Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4" for release in 2025. This rumored remake, encompassing the next two mainline entries in the beloved franchise, is reportedly slated for a wide array of platforms: Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.

While official confirmation remains elusive, a countdown timer within Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 hints at upcoming Tony Hawk's Pro Skater news, culminating on March 4, 2025. Adding further intrigue, Tony Hawk himself revealed on Mythical Kitchen that he's been in discussions with Activision, working on a project he promises fans will "truly appreciate."

The success of the 2020 Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 remake naturally led to speculation about a sequel focusing on games 3 and 4. However, the 2021 absorption of Vicarious Visions, the original remake developer, into Blizzard complicated matters. According to Hawk, plans to tackle 3+4 were in place until Vicarious Visions' integration, forcing Activision to seek out a new development team.

Hawk elaborated on a 2022 Twitch livestream, explaining that Activision solicited pitches from various studios for a THPS 3+4 remake but ultimately found none satisfactory. Therefore, the mystery remains: who is developing this seemingly imminent release? The Singaporean ratings board currently lists Activision as both publisher and developer. All eyes are on March 4th for potential revelations.
