New Girls’ Frontline Spinoff Project NET Opens Pre-Registration and Shock Point Test

Project NET Pre-Registration Now Open

The eagerly awaited third-person shooter mobile game, Project NET, has now opened its pre-registration phase. The developers made this exciting announcement on their official South East Asian (SEA) Twitter (X) account on March 3, 2025. To secure your spot, simply visit Project NET’s official SEA website and hit the Pre-Register button. You'll need to enter your email address and select your preferred device, either iOS or Android. Similarly, the game’s official Russian (RU) website is also accepting pre-registrations.

SEA Shock Point Test Recruitment for Philippines Only

In addition to pre-registration, Project NET has announced the opening of registrations for its "Shock Point Test" beta. This was shared on the game’s official SEA Twitter (X) account on March 4, 2025. However, participation in this test is exclusively for players in the Philippines and is limited to Android devices. It's worth noting that this test will be non-monetized and all data collected will be deleted post-test. The Shock Point Test will also be available in Russia, with details provided on their RU website. The developers are actively working on optimizing the game for a broader global release across various regions.

Here is the official schedule for the SEA Shock Point Test Recruitment Registration. After completing the recruitment questionnaire, eligible participants can expect to receive their confirmation emails between March 24, 2025, and March 26, 2025. Test qualifications will continue to be distributed throughout the testing period, which has yet to be finalized.

Project NET First Announced in December 2024

Sunborn Network, renowned for the popular mobile game Girls’ Frontline, unveiled Project NET, their new third-person shooter mobile game, on December 27, 2024. The game's first localized initial test was conducted in SEA countries from January 9, 2025, to January 16, 2025, including Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

The Girls’ Frontline franchise, which debuted in 2016 as a strategy RPG gacha game for mobile, has since gained widespread popularity, leading to an anime series and additional games. Its sequel, Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium, was released on December 5, 2024. Project NET, being part of this franchise, will feature familiar characters and aesthetics, much to the delight of fans.

No official release date has been announced for Project NET yet. However, based on the devices used during its initial test, the game is set to be available on both iOS and Android platforms.
