In response to the outcry from the community, The Pokemon Company issued a statement to IGN, recognizing the shortage and the challenges fans face in ordering the products. "We understand this inconvenience can be disappointing for fans, and we are actively working to print more of the impacted Pokemon TCG products as quickly as possible and at maximum capacity to address this," a company representative stated.

Among the upcoming releases are a Mini Tin and Surprise Box, set to debut on February 7, 2025. Following these, a Booster Bundle and Accessory Pouch Special Collection will be released on March 7 and April 25, respectively. The Prismatic Evolutions Super-Premium Collection is scheduled for May 16, and a Premium Figure Collection will follow on September 26. Fans eager to try out the new cards can do so by playing the Battle Pass in the Pokemon TCG Live mobile game, which will start distributing Prismatic Evolutions cards from January 16, 2025.
