In Destiny 2's returning Dawning event, players can bake treats for NPCs and farm new weapons. Here's how to acquire the Mistral Lift, a Linear Fusion Rifle exclusive to this limited-time event, along with its optimal roll.
Acquiring the Mistral Lift
The Mistral Lift is obtainable from Eva Levante. You'll need one Gift in Return and 25 Dawning Spirits. Eva also sells Festive Engrams (one Gift in Return and 10 Dawning Spirits), but these don't guarantee the Mistral Lift.
Gifts in Return are earned by baking Dawning treats (like the Neomun-Cake) and gifting them to NPCs. Dawning Spirits are the event currency, obtained through completing Dawning quests and bounties from Eva.
Once you have the required items, speak to Eva to receive either the Festive Engram or the Mistral Lift directly. Repeat this process to farm for the best rolls.
Optimal Mistral Lift Roll (God Roll)
While Linear Fusion Rifles aren't currently meta in Destiny 2 PvP, the Mistral Lift excels in PvE, particularly for solo players. The recommended god roll is:

Fluted Barrel, Enhanced Battery, and Handling masterwork enhance stability and ammo capacity. While not ideal for PvP, the Mistral Lift's PvE performance makes it worthwhile.
