Be Born a Male
Starting off, being born male is the simplest part of this challenge. You have a few options: start a new random life and hope for male, continue with an existing male character, or customize a new life by choosing male. Your location isn't crucial, but if you have access to the Jobs and Crime Special Talent packs, grab the Crime Talent. It significantly boosts your chances of success in the final task and reduces the risk of incarceration.
Work as a Mail Carrier for 15+ Years
To become a mail carrier, grow up without legal issues. After high school graduation, browse the full-time job listings for a Mail Carrier position. A clean record should secure you the job easily. If the job isn't available, take any interim job and recheck after aging up. It might take a few tries, but persistence pays off. Once employed, stay in the role for at least 15 years, which you can monitor via the challenge tracker at the screen's top.
Hook Up with 5+ Mothers and Have 3+ Children with Flings
Tackle these tasks simultaneously by navigating to Activities > Love > Hook Up. Agree to hook up with anyone who comes up; you won't know if they're mothers, but frequent hookups over a few years will likely meet the requirement. Opt not to use a condom to increase your chances of having children with flings, though this also raises STD risks, which you can address by visiting a doctor or, if fortunate, through prayer.
