The quickest way to acquire Hylea's Talon is by visiting merchants Lluisa Melcer (Farmer's Market) and Abritt Porrya (Piaza Mez Vidarro) in Emerald Stair. Each merchant sells up to 5 Talons for 450 coins apiece.
Exploration and Foraging
