Becoming a Ghoul unlocks new abilities like Feral and Glow. With the Feral ability, your meter starts at 100% and decreases over time. You can replenish it by consuming Chems, which offers the following benefits:

  • Above 80%: +3 Strength, +3 Endurance, +30 Max HP
  • Above 60%: +15 Max HP
  • Above 40%: -1 Endurance, -5 Max HP
