Final Fantasy VII Rebirth PC Specs Demand High-End Hardware for 4K
Square Enix has released updated PC specifications for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, revealing a need for powerful hardware, especially for 4K resolution. The game, launching on PC January 23rd, requires a high-end graphics card with 12-16GB VRAM for optimal 4K performance.
Key features of the PC version include DLSS upscaling, Shader Model 6.6 support, and DirectX 12 Ultimate. This follows the PS5 Pro enhancement patch released in November. Unlike Final Fantasy VII Remake, however, Rebirth will not receive any DLC at launch; development is focused on Part 3.
While some PC specs were previously announced, Square Enix clarified the GPU requirements. For 4K gaming, a graphics card with 12-16GB VRAM is strongly recommended. Other minimum, recommended, and ultra settings are detailed below:
