Baldur's Gate 3 offers a wealth of romance options, but some encounters are easily missed. One such hidden gem is Naoise Nallinto, found at Sharess' Caress. This brief romance unfolds during a pivotal moment in the game, making it easy to overlook. This guide will show you how to find and romance Naoise Nallinto.

Where to Find Naoise Nallinto in Baldur's Gate 3

### Reaching Sharess' Caress in Act III:

To meet Naoise, you must progress to the early stages of Act III. While traveling to Baldur's Gate, you'll pass through Wyrm's Crossing. Your first visit to this town involves meeting Raphael at Sharess' Caress, a brothel located on the eastern side of the bridge leading into Baldur's Gate.

If you've already explored Wyrm's Crossing, use the South Span of Wyrm's Crossing fast-travel point to quickly reach Sharess' Caress.

Locating the Nymph's Grotto:

Naoise resides in the Nymph's Grotto, a chamber on the second floor. You'll find the entrance after passing through the door to the outside area. Look for a door with a green light beside it and ivy growing on the walls. The door is locked but easily lock-picked with a roll of 10 or higher.

How to Romance Naoise Nallinto in Baldur's Gate 3

### Interacting with Naoise:

Inside, approach the bed where you'll find Naoise with Jara, a Flaming Heart soldier. Their intimate moment is interrupted by your arrival. Jara's reaction leads to a dialogue exchange. Selecting "Whoever you think I am, you're mistaken" initiates a sequence of events. Jara transforms into a Mindflayer, requiring you to defeat her.

After defeating Jara, Naoise reveals her interest in Mindflayers. Choosing "Your client is dead. I thought you'd be more upset" advances the interaction. A successful Insight check reveals Naoise's receptiveness to romance. Avoiding judgmental responses, select "That creature aroused you, didn't it?", followed by "What did you have in mind?" and "Close your eyes and listen" to trigger the romance scene.

This romance unfolds mentally. Naoise asks you to choose "what you will be," offering several options: Revered, Contented, Powerful, Rich, or "I think we're done here." Selecting "Contented" leads to a brief romantic scene. Afterward, Naoise shows no further romantic interest. Returning later, she'll only offer "rapture" once. Note that this encounter seems unaffected by existing relationships with other characters, such as Karlach. Shadowheart will reward you with the "Carnal Rituals of Sharess" inspiration point. Successfully romancing Naoise grants the Rapture boon, providing a passive 1d6 bonus to most ability checks.
