To make the most of Eve Connect, ensure your setup meets the following requirements:
- Compatibility with Alfen’s Eve Single S-line and Eve Single Pro-line EV charging stations
- NG Firmware 6.3 or a higher version is required
- Your charging station and mobile device need to be connected to the same LAN network via an ethernet cable between the router and the charging station
- A first-time login password is necessary for the charging station
- An Active Load Balancing (ALB) license is required if you plan to use solar charging
