Humanity, united in a desperate struggle, develops a powerful weapon called "CHARM," a fusion of science and magic that exhibits remarkable synergy with adolescent girls. These girls, dubbed "Lilies," wield the CHARM, becoming celebrated heroes.
Worldwide "GARDENS"—training institutions—are established to nurture and guide these Lilies in their fight against HUGE.
