Application Description

Enhance your vehicle diagnostics with the Advanced LT plugin for Torque Pro, specifically designed for TOYOTA enthusiasts. This plugin expands your monitoring capabilities by adding a range of specialized parameters and sensor data for real-time analysis of your TOYOTA's engine and automatic transmission.

Advanced LT is tailored to enrich the PID/Sensor list in Torque Pro with specific TOYOTA data. Before committing to a full purchase, you can test the plugin with a limited set of sensors. Please note that this version does not include calculated sensors such as Injector Duty Cycle.

PLEASE NOTE that while the plugin may work with other TOYOTA models and engines, it has been thoroughly tested on the following:

  • Avensis 1.8/2.0 (T270)
  • Corolla 1.8/2.0 (E140/E150)
  • Corolla 1.6/1.8 (E160/E170)
  • Camry 2.4/2.5 (XV40)
  • Camry 2.0/2.5 (XV50)
  • Highlander 2.7 (XU40)
  • Highlander 2.0/2.7 (XU50)
  • RAV4 2.0/2.5 (XA30)
  • RAV4 2.0/2.5 (XA40)
  • Verso 1.6/1.8 (R20)
  • Yaris 1.4/1.6 (XP90)
  • Yaris 1.3/1.5 (XP130)

The plugin also features an ECU Scanner, which is instrumental in identifying specific sensors on TOYOTA engines not yet supported by the plugin. To utilize this feature, simply record at least 1000 samples and send the logs to the developer for analysis.

To ensure the Advanced LT plugin functions correctly, you must have the latest version of Torque Pro installed. This plugin is NOT a standalone app and will NOT work without Torque Pro.

Plugin Installation

  1. After purchasing the plugin from Google Play, confirm its installation by checking your Android device's installed applications list.
  2. Open Torque Pro and tap on the "Advanced LT" icon.
  3. Select the appropriate engine type and return to the Torque Pro main screen.
  4. Navigate to Torque Pro "Settings".
  5. Verify the plugin's presence in Torque Pro by going to "Settings" > "Plugins" > "Installed Plugins".
  6. Scroll down to "Manage extra PIDs/Sensors".
  7. This screen will typically be empty unless you've previously added any pre-defined or custom PIDs.
  8. From the menu, select "Add predefined set".
  9. Be sure to choose the correct set for your TOYOTA engine type.
  10. After selecting the appropriate entry, you should see several new entries added to the Extra PIDs/Sensors list.

Adding Displays

  1. After adding the additional sensors, access the Realtime Information/Dashboard.
  2. Tap the menu key and then select "Add Display".
  3. Choose the desired display type (e.g., Dial, Bar, Graph, Digital Display).
  4. Select the appropriate sensor from the list. Sensors provided by Advanced LT are prefixed with "[TYDV]" and are typically listed just after the time sensors at the top of the list.

We are committed to enhancing the plugin with more features and parameters in future updates. Your feedback and suggestions are invaluable, so please don't hesitate to share your thoughts with us.
